By accessing or using OfficeAssistant AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

OfficeAssistant AI provides a comprehensive business operating system including:

• CRM and contact management
• Automation workflows and AI tools
• Email marketing and campaigns
• Document generation and management
• Video generation studio
• Analytics and reporting
• Integration with third-party services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any portion of the Service at any time without prior notice.

To access the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our discretion.

Subscription Plans: We offer Free, Pro ($299/month), and Enterprise (custom pricing) plans. All fees are in USD.

Billing: Pro plans are billed annually unless otherwise specified. Payment is due in advance.

Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for Pro subscriptions. Contact support within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions will be honored until renewal.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By using our Service, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
• Transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Access or attempt to access the Service through unauthorized means
• Use the Service for illegal or fraudulent activities
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

Violations may result in account termination without refund.

Our Property: The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, and branding, is owned by OfficeAssistant AI and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Data: You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your business purposes in accordance with these terms.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We implement security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your critical data.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The Service will meet your requirements
• Results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties, so some limitations may not apply to you.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OFFICEASSISTANT AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 if you used the free tier.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages, so some limitations may not apply to you.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions regarding intellectual property, warranties, liability, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods, except as covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.

Upon cancellation, you may export your data within 30 days. After 30 days, your data may be deleted.

Informal Resolution: Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve disputes by contacting us at support@officeassistantai.app.

Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Chicago, Illinois, in accordance with AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver: YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.

Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and OfficeAssistant AI.

Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these terms. We may assign our rights to any successor or acquirer.
